Cook the peas or beans, wash them in a sieve. Add leeks, koriander and mallow blossoms. While this is cooking, grind Pepper, levisticum officinale KOCH (couldn't find the english name so here is the botanical latin name), Oregano, and fennel seeds. Then moisten the mixture with LIQUAMEN and wine. Finally add it to the peas or beas in the pot. Bring to the boil and stirr. Pour oil of the best quality over it and serve. |
